Not a good night
Finally went to sleep about 1, and then woke up pretty much every hour, until I finally just gave up at 4:30. When I actually was asleep, I had vividly detailed dreams of the end of the world. So now I’m awake for good, with a headache and a lingering sense of doom…and feeling mortally alone.

Day 19: Hardest person to buy for this year
I’m not even close to completing my shopping, but it’s all done in my head. The hardest person this year is CG, mainly because I can’t buy her everything I want to get her. That inability makes it difficult to decide *what else* to get her.

There is only one thing better than going to sleep...
And that is waking up with her the next morning.
However, CG has gone semi-nocturnal this weekend, so I’m up and she just went to bed. But what little time we did sleep together made me happy, so I’ll take that.

I find it far too easy to be a complete asshole...
It always seems to be to the one person I love most in this world as well.
And I hate myself for being that way.
Sorry never comes close to fixing the problem or mending the hurt, and after a while just becomes meaningless.
